We take upto 24 hours to prepare your order for dispatch with one of our partner carrier. Once a carrier receive your package from us, the time of delivery will be as specified in shipping & delivery page. Also note that carrier can adjust the delivery date if a reasonable cause happened to delaying your package.
For a full refund of your order, please contact us within 24 hours when placing your order. If your order is dispatched, your shipping fees will not be refunded as specified in our term of sale .
