  • Terms of sale govern sale of products and provisions of services on ASAS website asassport.com. By placing an order in ASAS website asassport.com you shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of terms of sale contained herein, please read terms of sale carefully before you submit your order.
  • ASAS website asassport.com is owned, and operated under ASAS Universe Limited Company that was founded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Commercial Registration Number of 1010458894
  • ASAS Universe Limited Company make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of products available on ASAS website asassport.com. However, ASAS Universe Limited Company do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
  • When placing an order via ASAS website asassport.com, you agree that all information you give us is accurate and complete.
  • When providing incorrect information, you have the right to request information correction within 24 hours of submission.
  • Order acceptance:
    1. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
    2. Items and their prices are valid as long as they are visible in ASAS website asassport.com, within the limit of available stock.
    3. Asas Universe Limited Company reserves the right to refuse any order placed through ASAS website asassport.com. Asas Universe Limited Company may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under same customer account, same payment method, and/or orders that use same billing or shipping address.
    4. Asas Universe Limited Company reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
    5. Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the order.
  • Items are invoiced on the basis of rates in effect on the day of validation of your order.
  • Prices of items appearing in ASAS website asassport.com are indicated in Saudi Arabian Riyal, and included VAT will be shown before processing orders. They do not include delivery costs, which are specified elsewhere. Prices include VAT at the rate in force on the day of the order.  Shipping costs are indicated when you validate your shipping method.
  • Order finalization requires full payment of the product price unless you choose to pay “Cash On Delivery”. To continue and finalize an order, click on “Place Order”.  Once your order has been validated you will receive an order number and a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
  • If your order cannot be processed, you will receive an email notification addressing reasons of why it did not processed.
  • Asas Universe Limited Company have the right to change prices at any time.
  • Prices displayed on various media containing offers from ASAS website asassport.com may have a limited validity period specified on said media. Please verify that price is still in effect before placing your order.
  • Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale/ already discounted products unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment may be made by, cash on delivery, credit card, debit card, or apple pay.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in ASAS website asassport.com.
  • You agree to promptly update account information, including email address, phone number, and any other for us to complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • Delivery time of your order will be indicated in your shipment tracking email once it’s dispatched. In the event that delivery time limit is exceeded, you may contact us requesting that the latter carry out delivery within a reasonable additional period. In the absence of delivery within (7) days, you can send an email to request your order to be cancelled. You will then be refunded the entire amount paid within (3) days following receipt of your letter by Asas Universe Limited Company.
  • In case of an order including several products with various delivery dates, the delivery time of our order will be the one of the product with the furthest delivery date.
  • Orders are shipped to the mailing addresses you entered at the time of your order.
  • The shipments shall be delivered by local, or international carrier.  
  • An email for tracking the package will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our premises. This email contains your package number and an Internet link that allows you to track the route to your destination with the name of carrier as well. 
  • Returns and exchanges:
    1. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the receiving date. All returned items must be in new, or barely used condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Return Process:
    1. To return an item, please raise a request in returns to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, Please follow the return instructions given, and addressed to you by email to complete your return at your convenience.
    2. Remember to place items securely in its packaging
    3. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges only if you use our already paid return label that comes in the package when it’s delivered.
  • Refunds:
    1. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item. [We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.]
    2. Please note that the refund does not include the amount paid for the original shipping fees.
    3. For credit card payments it may take 1 to 3 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
  • Exceptions:
    The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged]:
    1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
    2. Products which are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, mixed with other items.
    3. For defective or damaged products, please contact us.
  • Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage or for any delay or failure in performance due to acts beyond the control of such party whether or not such acts could reasonably be anticipated (including acts of God, legislative, judicial or regulatory acts, acts of any of our subcontractors or any third party providers of goods or services to Asas Universe Limited Company, labour disruptions, embargoes).
